We surveyed 367 AR professionals and discovered some interesting results. There is a big gap between how AR teams perceive themselves in terms of technological adoption and how advanced their processes really are.
86% of respondents viewed themselves as at least “somewhat modernized”, but over 50% of respondents still operated AR processes with excessive manual work.
60% of respondents indicated that they see some level of process frustration and only 25% see themselves as strategic partners to their C-Suite.
So, there seems to be a far-reaching misconception of what “Modern AR” looks like.
