Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Shira Aharoni is responsible for the Human Resources function including workforce planning, employee development, total rewards, and employee relations. Shira has extensive experience in HR and people leadership across global, transformative, and high-growth environments. She has successfully led global teams and driven impactful strategies, transformations, and people programs, with vast expertise in the software & technology sectors. In the past few years, she served as Chief People Officer at Aderant, a Roper Technologies company, where she oversaw global HR, workforce strategy, employee-centric initiatives, DE&I, talent development, total rewards and more. Prior to that, she held senior HR leadership roles at Finastra and NCR. With strong business acumen, Shira approaches people and talent strategy through a business lens to drive meaningful impact.
Shira lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and three boys, where they keep busy with sports, travel, and family adventures. She enjoys cheering on their favorite NBA team and watching their favorite Formula 1 team race over weekends.
