Geoff Schuler

Geoff serves as the SVP, Transformation & Value Creation at Billtrust, where he is responsible for defining and executing the company’s transformation strategy, aligning with EQT’s value creation goals. In this role, he leads initiatives focused on growth, operational excellence, scalability, cultural evolution, and M&A support, while fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise-wide impact. With a deep focus on Billtrust’s Full Potential Plan, Geoff ensures that strategic initiatives are not only developed but also sustained to maximize long-term success.

Prior to this role, Geoff was Chief of Staff at Billtrust, where he played a key role in optimizing the performance of the executive leadership team and aligning strategic priorities across the organization. Before joining Billtrust, he was a Principal at SBI Growth Advisory, advising private equity firms and SaaS companies on growth strategies and transformation. His background also includes consulting at LawVision, specializing in M&A, and working as a CPA at PwC. Geoff holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Marquette University.
